Return Process

  Log into your Dawa Healthcare account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all seals are intact, and include a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation email.

  Ship the Return

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location to be sent back to our distribution center.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality assurance team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
